A little about me-
I have been married for 12 years and am a mother of 2 young children. My desire to work in the mental health field began first as a client, journeying through a season of my own anxiety. Like many, I know the challenge of living well on the outside while navigating emotional struggle within. I have seen counselling act as an essential component in re-establishing mental wellness in my life and the lives of my clients.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor-
I believe thoughts and long-held beliefs play a powerful role in the way we feel. I believe creating space for the wide range of human emotions can contribute to a full, meaningful life. I believe as imperfect human beings, we all deserve and benefit from self-compassion. The story you bring to counselling will be held in a safe space. Let’s work together to find a way through the obstacles you are facing. You are not alone.
