Virtual Counselling

Video based, PIPA compliant sessions are available to residents of British Columbia. Virtual appointments offer convenience for the busy schedule of post-secondary students, stay-at-home moms, working professionals or those most comfortable receiving support in their own home.
In-Person Counselling
Currently accepting clients
Confidential, in-person sessions are offered out of my private office in Kelowna, British Columbia. The space is designed to feel both warm and inviting, in hopes you’ll be comfortable returning. For some, receiving support in a fresh, separate space is of personal benefit.
